Full Containment Of Cold Springs Fire Expected Thursday

NEDERLAND, Colo. (AP) — Firefighters are close to fully containing a wildfire that’s destroyed eight homes near Nederland.
The Cold Springs Fire is 80 percent contained and crews hope to have it completely contained by Thursday evening. The last remaining evacuees are expected to be able to return home then.
Two men accused of accidentally starting the fire by not fully extinguishing their campfire were charged Wednesday with fourth degree arson. It carries a penalty of up to 12 year
