Fugitive Wanted For Escape, Probation Violation Back In Custody

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A man who walked away from a work release program in Jefferson County in early July in back in custody.
Joseph Rivera had been sentenced to a program for sexual exploitation of a child.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Rivera was taken back into custody last Thursday.
No details about how Rivera was found have been released.
