Frontier Airlines improves on-time arrival rate; complaints still high

The carrier reported 85.8 percent of its arrivals as being on time, up from 77.6 percent in March. A blizzard in March had delayed three Frontier flights that busted tarmac-delay limits. In April, Frontier saw two tarmac
