Former Olathe police chief indicted over ammo purchases

OLATHE, Colo. (AP) — Olathe's former police chief has been arrested after he was accused of using the town's tax-exempt status to purchase large quantities of ammunition and provide it to other people, according to a recently unsealed indictment.
