Former Narcotics Officer Charged With Multiple Drug Counts

DENVER (CBS4)– A former police officer has been formally charged with multiple felony drug counts.
Former Narcotics Sergeant Hubert “Marty” Vanover has been charged with possession with intent to manufacture or distribute marijuana or marijuana concentrate, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of marijuana or marijuana concentrate.
The charges are the result of a Denver police investigation that began over the summer following an anonymous complaint
