Former CU-Boulder professor pleads guilty to theft in lab equipment scheme

A former University of Colorado professor arrested on suspicion of creating a company to sell marked-up lab equipment to the Boulder campus has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft and has been given a six-month deferred sentence.
