‘Flag Guys’ Waving Tradition Continues After 9/11

DENVER (CBS4)– “The Flag Guys” were displaying their flags and waving to commuters early Friday morning in a tradition that began after 9/11.
Chris Tucker and The Flag Guys were on the Union overpass on Interstate 25 in the Tech Center on Friday.
