Fire line now surrounds Sunshine Fire, evacuees allowed to return home Monday

Residents who were evacuated in the path of Boulder’s Sunshine Fire can now return home, fire officials said at 9:30 a.m.
The blaze, which began early Sunday, and is believed to have been caused by a person or people, has scorched 62 acres, and is 50 percent contained, officials said.
