Finalists Announced In James Beard Restaurant & Chef Awards

DENVER (CBS4) – The finalists for the 2016 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef awards have been announced.
Semifinalists were named in February, but the list has been narrowed to nominees for the nearly 60 categories.
While New York and Chicago house many restaurants and chefs who have made the list, there are a few Colorado standouts.
Under the category Best Chef of the Southwest, Alex Seidel of Denver’s Fruition Restaurant on 6th Avenue has made the finalists.
