Father Who Allegedly Kidnapped Son Released By Police

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) – Police have questioned and released the father of a 5-year-old after he allegedly kidnapped the boy Friday night.
Police issued an Amber Alert after the boy was taken.

Police haven’t filed charges against 28-year-old Nicholas Ptak. They’re now investigating whether he or the boy’s mother actually has custody of the child.
