Father, Son Arrested In Scooter Hit & Run

DENVER (CBS4)– Police have arrested a father and son in a hit-and-run that left a scooter rider seriously injured.
Amber Pennington was stopped at a red light near 66th Avenue and Federal Boulevard July 1 when a car slammed into her scooter from behind. The impact sent her flying to the side of the road.

Police followed tips and lead and eventually arrested Spencer Rauch, 27.
