Elk Found With Antlers Tangled In Hose

LYONS, Colo. (CBS4)– An elk with his antlers tangled in what appears to be a drip line hose will not get assistance from wildlife officers as long as he can move about on his own and feed himself.The elk has been seen near Highway 66 east of Lyons.
