Eldora expansion appeal dismissed, but ski resort still has options

Eldora Mountain Resort's appeal of a U.S. Forest Service decision limiting its expansion plans has been dismissed, with the instruction that it cannot challenge that ruling until it prepares to implement those improvements that were given a green light.
