El Paso sheriff vows new emphasis on Tom Clements murder investigation

Two years after Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements was shot dead at his doorstep in Monument — and the main suspect was killed days later in a gunfight with Texas lawmen — no one has been arrested and little is known about the homicide investigation.
