Eastbound I-70 Closed Into Denver Due To Accident

DENVER (CBS4) – Eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 were closed approaching Denver at Federal Boulevard.
An accident at approximately 5:30 a.m. shut down all eastbound lanes, causing traffic to be directed off I-70 and onto Federal Boulevard.
CBS4’s Traffic Specialist Joel Hillan said the roads are very icy Thursday morning after cold overnight temperatures. Check the full Denver traffic map here.
