Dry Conditions Spark Numerous Brush Fires Across Front Range In One Day

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Three brush fires broke out across the Front Range on Saturday, one forcing the closure of a major highway.
Interstate 25 was shut down shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday due to a brush fire on private land in Larimer County near the Wyoming border. The road was reopened about 2 hours later, after several acres of dry grass had been scorched.
