Driver Shot After Pulling Over, Trying To Help Other Driver

RIFLE, Colo. (CBS4) – A driver on Colorado’s Western Slope is recovering from serious injuries after he says he was shot by someone he was trying to help over the weekend.
The incident happened early Saturday morning on Highway 13, about 9 miles north of the town of Rifle.
