Driver Killed In Collision With Police Vehicle

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) – A collision between a car and a police vehicle early Thursday morning has left one person dead.
It happened at approximately 1 a.m. when an officer from the Westminster Police Department was responding to an emergency call. The officer was heading south on Federal Boulevard as the other driver was heading north. That driver tried to turn onto West 88th Avenue from Federal, and pulled in front of the police vehicle.
