Driver Killed After Crashing Into Pond Near CU South Boulder Campus

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The driver of a car was killed Sunday morning after crashing into a pond near the CU south Boulder campus.
The male driver was heading southbound on the Foothills Parkway, taking the ramp onto eastbound US 36 when he lost control shortly before 8 a.m. The car went off the road, crossed a bike path, and crashed into a pond. Multiple agencies responded to the crash and worked on the rescue.
