Driver From Texas Pulled Over With 21 Pot Plants In Truck

ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– A man visiting from Texas was pulled over with 21 marijuana plants in the back of his truck. He told the Elbert County Sheriff’s deputy that he purchased them in a restaurant parking lot.The man was stopped while driving on Highway 86 in Elbert County on Friday afternoon.
