FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– Police in Fort Collins have arrested the suspected driver in a hit-and-run that left a bicyclist injured.The vehicle struck Emily Clark in an eastbound lane of Mulberry near Lemay Avenue about 11:20 p.m. Thursday.
