Douglas County Decides On New Pot Growing Restrictions

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) – Douglas County is enacting new limits for growing marijuana.
Commissioners have decided to restrict the number of pot plants at any primary residence to 12. They also decided to ban outdoor grow operations and require renters to have written, notarized permission from a landowner to grow pot.
Deputies have been worried about fires and the risk of robberies and home invasions.
