DougCo attempted carjacker ID'd

The man accused of running a red light, hitting an SUV, flying over a median, slamming into a Douglas County school bus and then attempting to carjack several vehicles before being restrained by good Samaritans has been identified, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
