DENVER (AP) – Supporters of Donald Trump will be demonstrating against the Colorado Republican party’s presidential nominating process Friday.
Backers have planned a rally at the state capitol at 3 pm. They are protesting the convoluted procedure that led Ted Cruz to sweep all the state’s 34 delegates last weekend. Trump has criticized the Colorado process as “rigged” and promoted the protest on Twitter.
