Developer moves ahead with Boulder Junction townhomes for Google employees

The developer who is hoping to build high-end townhomes for Google employees along 30th Street near Valmont is moving forward, having just secured a partner and equity to fund the project and tweaking site plans after an initial presentation to Boulder's planning board.
