DENVER (CBS4) – The popular Cherry Cricket Restaurant in Cherry Creek North will be closed for an extended after a fire on Wednesday night.
A sign taped to the door on Friday morning said the following:

Due to a fire, the Cherry Cricket will be closed until we can rebuild. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the near future. Thank you!
The fire in the restaurant’s kitchen Wednesday evening
