Denver Routs Boston U. 7-2 In NCAA West Semifinals

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – Will Butcher scored two power-play goals to help Denver rout Boston University 7-2 on Saturday night in the NCAA West Regional semifinals.
The Pioneers (24-9-6) will face Ferris State on Sunday for a spot in the Frozen Four in Tampa, Florida. Ferris State beat St. Cloud State 5-4 in overtime in the first semifinal.
Blake Hillman, Dylan Gambrell, Matt Marcinew, Evan Janssen and Trevor Moore also scored, and Tanner Jaillet made 19 saves.
