Denver Records Warmest September On Record, On Track For Warmest October

DENVER (CBS4) – After ending the month of September as the warmest ever recorded in Denver, the city is on track to do it again this month.
Through October 16 the average temperature at Denver International Airport has been 60.8°F, which is a full 7°F above normal.
Extremes have ranged from a high of 87°F on October 11 to a low of 36°F the very next morning, on October 12.
