Denver Public Schools Names Interim Superintendent While Boasberg Takes Leave

DENVER (CBS4) – Denver Public Schools has named an interim superintendent while current superintendent, Thomas Boasberg, takes a six-month leave beginning in January 2016.
On Tuesday DPS named Susana Cordova as interim superintendent.

Boasberg will take the leave to spend time with his family, according to a DPS statement. He will resume his duties in July 2016. The leave will be unpaid.
