Denver prosecutor's report on Cleveland police shooting draws fire

The family of a 12-year-old Cleveland boy, shot by police in 2014 while holding a pellet gun at the time,are "dismayed" by a Denver prosecutor's report into their son's death and say he helped deny them a "chance to find justice."
