Denver Police: Move Over, It’s The Law

DENVER (CBS4) – It’s called the Move Over Law in Colorado, but Denver Police Traffic Investigator Sgt. Mike Farr says many drivers may not even know it exists.
“On approach to a stationary emergency vehicle, you are required to move over at least one lane,” said Farr. “If you’re unable to move a lane away, slow down to a point that you can pass without being careless.”
