Denver Experiencing Unusual Stretch Of 90-Degree Heat

By Chris SpearsDENVER (CBS4) – Tuesday could mark Denver’s 11th day in a row with a temperature in the 90s.
Denver International Airport was already reporting 89°F as of the 11 am observation.It’s unusual for Colorado’s capital city to experience 10 or more consecutive days of 90-degree heat with only 29 other instances of this happening in the Denver climate record which dates back to 1872.
