Denver Curfew Active Enforcement Begins Friday

DENVER (CBS4) – April 1 marks the start of the Denver SafeNite Program and Safety Youth Programs by diversion officers and Denver police officers.
Denver’s Curfew Ordinance prohibits youth from being in a public place or on public property from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday those hours are 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.
The exceptions are if the minor is:
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
accompanied by an adult 18 or older who is in possession of writ
