Denver-area minority arts groups will get more cash under new fund

TheScientific and Cultural Facilities District, under pressure to distribute the region's cultural cash more equitably, will create a new grant-making fund aimed at stabilizing groups thattarget ethnic minorities and other underserved audiences.
