DeMarcus Ware, the Broncos’ Peyton Manning on defense

Every Broncos defender, no matter what position they play, receives some sort of guidance, leadership and advice from outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware.
As Ware continues to recover from the back injury that held has held him out of football all spring and summer, his teammates shared his value as the team’s top leader.
“He’s just like the our Peyton (Manning) on defense,” cornerback Bradley Roby said. “I tell him every day, ‘D-Ware, you’re my role model.
