Deadly Shooting Suspect To Appear In Court

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)– The suspect in a deadly shooting was scheduled to appear before a judge one day after the homicide.
Police believe Louis Joseph Sebastian shot and killed a man in the Bramble & Hare on the Pearl Street Mall on Monday.
