ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– The district attorney in Adams County has filed first-degree murder charges against a man accused of shooting and killing another man on Christmas Eve.Anthony Gerald Wernsman has been arrested in the deadly shooting of John Dunnigan on Thursday.
