DENVER (CBS4) – The suspect driver in a deadly hit and run at Colorado Boulevard and Interstate 70 was formally charged on Friday.
Tyler White has been formally charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and third-degree assault.
