Dash Cam Captures Strange Incident On I-25 On Ramp

DENVER (CBS4)– A couple visiting Denver from San Diego put their dash cam in their rental van and it captured a bizarre incident as they tried to get on Interstate 25.
The van was driving along the I-25 ramp at Fox Street when a man ran in front of them and to the driver’s side of their vehicle. The man also gave them a vulgar hand gesture.
