DA: Officers justified in fatal shooting

Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has found two Aurora Police officers justified in fatally shooting a suspect in a 7-Eleven parking lot who investigators say was using a stolen Jeep as a “battering ram” to avoid law enforcement.
