DA Identifies Suspect Accused Of Shooting Northglenn Officer

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4) – A man who exchanged gunfire with police officers in Northglenn earlier this month is now facing charges of attempted first-degree murder.

Adrian Moya, 23, is now facing that charge as well as assault and possession of a weapon by a felon. He made his first court appearance on Monday and will be back in court on Wednesday, according to the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s office. He’s being held on a $500,000 bond.
