Crews Break Ground On New Fire Station Near DIA

DENVER (CBS4) – Crews broke ground on new fire station in Denver on Tuesday morning.
Denver Fire Station 35 will be located at 25365 East 75th Avenue. It’s near Jackson Gap and 75th Avenue and off Pena Boulevard, near Denver International Airport.
The new station will help firefighters get to areas that are farther away from the airfield.
Fire officials released the following details about the effort:
