Crews Begin Demolition Of Civic Center Station

DENVER (CBS4)– One of the busiest bus stops in Denver is closed for the next year as major renovations get underway.
Crews started demolishing the Civic Center Station at the end of the 16th Street Mall, starting with the iconic sign.
The station has been the same for the past 30 years and RTD says it’s past due for a makeover.
