Commissioners Approve Modified Version Of Rezoning Near Dinosaur Ridge

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A modified version of the rezoning of land near Dinosaur Ridge was approved by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday.
The hearings took nearly all day concerning the C-470/Alameda Northwest Rooney Ranch Business Center.
The rezoning was approved “with addition of only some of the proposeJed uses including hotels, motels, gas stations, and car washes, and excluding car dealership uses,” according to the Jefferson County
