Comcast signs up for five-building spec office project

The developers of a speculative five-story office building in Centennial said Monday that Comcast Corp. will lease the entire 212,000-square foot building.
Inova I, at 7250 S. Havana St., is still under construction and should be completed by November. The cable-TV company is expected to move in during first quarter 2017.
