Colorado reports 250 Halloween weekend arrests for impaired driving

For 250 Colorado drivers, trick-or-treat weekend came with a DUI ticket.The Colorado Department of Transportation reported Thursday that heightened patrols, sobriety checkpoints and other enforcement efforts contributed to thenumber of impaired driving arrests from Oct. 30 through Nov. 2.
