Colorado Observes 25th Anniversary Of Veterans Monument

DENVER (AP) — Colorado is observing the 25th anniversary of the state’s Veterans Monument near the Capitol in Denver.
Gov. John Hickenlooper and Maj. Gen. H. Michael Edwards of the state Department of Military and Veterans Affairs will participate in the ceremony Tuesday.
The monument was dedicated on Nov. 10, 1990. It honors Colorado’s war dead as well as veterans.
