Colorado GOP Again Advances Plan To End Some Gun Permits

DENVER (AP) — Colorado Republicans have again adopted a plan to end required permits for carrying concealed weapons.
But the measure faces certain death in the Democratic state House.
The concealed-carry bill passed the state Senate Tuesday on a party-line 18-17 vote.
Republican sponsor Sen. Tim Neville of Littleton called the permit requirement an unnecessary burden on people exercising their constitutional right to carry a gun. All Democrats voted against the plan, arguing that gun train
