Colorado Ballot Measures Include Voting, Fracking, Tobacco

DENVER (AP) — Petitions to raise the tobacco tax and revive presidential primaries are among the ballot-measure petitions turned in Monday, the final day to seek a place on November ballots.
Colorado also saw the delivery of petitions to see two separate ballot measures asking voters to change how oil and gas drilling is regulated. The energy industry opposes both measures.
