CO reports progress on I-70 winter traffic congestion

With congestion on Interstate 70 through the Colorado mountains racking up an estimated $1 billion in costs per year, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) last winter embarked on a three-fold strategy to reduce such problems.
